This role is responsible for driving quality housing outcomes, ensuring compliance with community housing standards, and strengthening service outcomes for tenants.Lead the delivery of high-quality tenancy and property management services across Melbourne's East Metro regionPermanent Full-time position - (38hrs/week)Competitive salary under the SCHADS Award, plus additional benefits including salary packagingKey ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and support Tenancy Managers, providing regular supervision and performance feedback,Overseeing day‐to‐day tenancy and property management operations to ensure responsive services meets KPIs, funding requirements and regulatory standards across the Est Metro and Gippsland portfolio.Strengthen financial sustainability by actively monitoring operational expenditure, maximising income opportunities, and driving efficiency improvements.Maintain data integrity across housing systems and ensure tenant records are up to dateIdentify service improvements and contribute to program development and implementationManage risk and ensure high-risk situations are addressed in line with policyCoordinate asset management planning with internal stakeholdersAbout You You are a purpose-driven people leader who combines strong operational capability with compassion and accountability.
