Finance Operations Analyst – Refunds and Accounts Receivable
Supports the Senior Manager Finance Operations in managing and optimising our processes across our Customer Refunds, Accounts Receivable, and Agency Partner Accounts. The role ensures operational accuracy, strong financial control, and continuous improvement across our Finance Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Refunds & Accounts Receivable
* Oversee the day‐to‐day management of the Customer Refunds and Accounts Receivable Teams, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with business policies and regulatory requirements.
* Manage all aspects of Agency Partner Accounts, including:
* Prepaid Agent account management, monitoring, and reporting
* Postpaid credit management, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation
* Ensuring partner compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
* Ensure adherence to financial controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks across our Customer Refunds, Accounts Receivable and Agency Account processes.
Process Improvement & Automation
* Identify and lead process, system, and automation opportunities to reduce manual handling, improve accuracy, enhance turnaround times, and strengthen finance controls.
* Partner with our Business Stakeholders and Internal Finance teams to implement and embed new tools, workflows, and process improvements.
Outsourced Partner Management
* Work closely with our offshore BPO team in Manila to ensure operational performance, including:
* SLA achievement and quality control
* Knowledge management and training support
* Productivity and workflow optimisation
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the broader transformation of Finance Operations.
Key Skills & Capabilities
* Experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Refunds, Credit Management, or similar Finance Operations environments.
* Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets.
* Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to process mapping, automation, or workflow optimisation (desirable).
* Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner across Finance, Operations, Technology, and BPO leadership.
* High attention to detail, strong prioritisation, and a structured approach to problem solving.
* Ability to lead small teams and influence cross‐functional outcomes.
