About the Role
We are seeking proactive, professional Security Foot and Mobile Patrol Officers to join our team across metropolitan Sydney. With multiple workplace environments available, you'll find a role that suits your skills and ambitions.
This position is ideal for Security Officers who take pride in responsibility, situational awareness, and delivering high-quality service. You will be actively involved in maintaining safety, protecting assets, and ensuring smooth operations across a variety of sites — no two days will be the same.
Please note: This role requires a valid NSW 1A Security Licence, held for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide high-quality security services in accordance with client requirements and internal standards
* Operate and utilise ACESGroup's technology platforms to support site safety and reporting
* Maintain accurate records and complete reports through digital systems
* Collaborate with team members and management to enhance operational efficiency
* Deliver excellent visitor customer service, including direction and information
* Protect physical assets through regular pedestrian and vehicle patrols
* Monitor and guide the behaviour of people in public and private spaces
* Observe facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safety
* Respond to incidents as a first responder
* Prepare general security records and reports
* Manage facility access control
This is a role for motivated professionals who thrive on variety, enjoy being visible and proactive on site, and take pride in maintaining safe, secure, and well-managed workplaces.
Essential Criteria
* Security License (NSW 1A – held 12months +)
* Full NSW Drivers Licence
* First Aid and CPR (current)
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
* SEINS (or willing to obtain)
* Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates/cards (or willing to obtain)
* White Card (or willing to obtain)
* Fire Warden + Confine Small Emergencies (or willing to obtain)
* Customer service experience
* Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Exceptional personal presentation
* Reliability and punctuality
* Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster
* Ability to pass a LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital) test
* Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
