Business Partner for Organizational Growth
We are seeking an expert Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support and guidance across our network of diverse employees. As the organization undergoes a significant period of growth and transformation, we require an individual who can establish rapport as a trusted business advisor.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Implementing People and Culture Strategies in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
* Providing proactive advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations to managers and employees.
* Conducting workplace investigations and documenting findings.
* Contributing to departmental change initiatives and driving organizational development.
* Talent Acquisition - End-to-end management of recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role within heavy industry. This role requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
