Sleepy's are looking for a suitably experienced and highly professional Sales Consultant to join our Launceston store on a FULL TIME or CASUAL basis.
About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and working within the sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep
Your key responsibilities
* Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets
* Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
* General admin, stock and operational duties
* Available to work a rotational roster - with full 7 day availability
Skills and Experience
* A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales- retail and other industries are welcome
* A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales
* A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
