The role
Key Responsibilities
* Run the day‐to‐day of a premium multi‐building portfolio, keeping assets sharp, efficient and client‐ready.
* Own the numbers — oversee accounting and admin for complementary assets with accuracy and confidence.
* Drive leasing momentum, managing renewals and commercial actions quickly and professionally.
* Stay on top of financial cycles, reviewing charges, rent rolls and monthly deliverables with precision.
* Be the on‐site heartbeat, engaging daily with concierge, ops teams and tenants to keep everything moving.
* Boost tenant experience, supporting activations, resolving issues fast and maintaining strong relationships across multiple clients.
