Any changes to processes impacting information are managed by the team and are in accordance with University rules and legislation. The team is responsible for answering all related Tier 3 enquiries including developing communications content and gaining the appropriate approvals and keeping all student information up-to-date and informing other teams across the University as required. The team maintains relationships with Schools and Service Centres to ensure information is provided accurately, promptly and efficiently.The role is responsible for assessing domestic admission applications, processing applications for credit and recognition of prior learning, data entry, international related admission tasks, contributing towards process improvements and handling complex email and phone enquiries.Key CriteriaThe Successful Candidate Will HaveExperience working in a busy, high volume transactional administrative workplaceAbility to thrive in a fast-changing work environment with competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems under pressureA sound level of communication and interpersonal skills, whilst working efficiently and autonomouslyYou will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.Benefits & RemunerationThis full time or part time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $74,435 to $79,279 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
