* Relevant degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration is essential.
* Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community is required.
* Post graduate experience working with varied aged care services including rehabilitation and community settings is advantageous.
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models is necessary.
* Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
