Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and manage high-end residential/villa renovation projects.
* liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
* work with designers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure accurate scoping.
* manage timelines, budgets and quality control throughout each phase of the renovation.
* source and manage tradespeople and suppliers.
* monitor site health and safety compliance.
* provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
* resolve issues and delays effectively to keep projects on track.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction or renovation management.
* Proven ability to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
* Competency in project management software and construction budgeting.
* Relevant qualification in Building, Construction Management or similar is preferred.
