About the role
We are seeking Frame and Truss Assemblers/Labourer to join our dynamic team at Tru Services Group Pty Ltd' in Albury, NSW. As a casual member of our manufacturing and production crew, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of steel frames and trusses for various construction projects.
What you'll be doing
1. Assemble and construct light gauge steel frames and trusses according to design
2. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
3. Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials
4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
6. Collaborate with the broader production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry
2. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
3. Demonstrated proficiency with a drill is essential for this role
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
6. A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
7. Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials, and be on there feet all day.
8. Physical capability to lift materials up to 35kg is required
9. Must possess valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
