ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes;Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment;Leadership opportunities including providing internal presentations;Providing recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology;Providing professional guidance / mentoring to junior clinicians;QualificationsOccupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration);2+ years experience delivering NDIS therapy services;Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain);Exceptional communication + time management skills, detail oriented;Honesty, integrity, and positive approach;We are growing Australia-wide and welcome submissions from Allied Health Leaders who are authentic in their approach and genuinely want to be a part of something exciting and watch a business grow before their eyes
