About This Role
* Job Description: The Executive Director, Reset Coordination will oversee the Consumer Challenge Panel input into AER work, the budget assigned and the ongoing relationship management of this group.
* Responsibilities: Develop strategies to improve the AER's resets, considering customer engagement and working closely with the Consumer Challenge Panel.
* Key Deliverables: Skill development and succession planning for the team to undertake resets in line with the Better Resets Handbook.
* Working Relationships: Represent the AER to advance AER interests internally and externally; cultivate and maintain relationships with industry, market bodies, other regulators, Governments (Commonwealth and State), and consumer groups.
About You
* Requirements: Demonstrated leadership skills, providing direction, identifying development needs and opportunities, coaching staff including experience in delivering regular and appropriate feedback to build strong, high performing teams.
* Necessary Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven ability to convey complex information to a range of audiences, including experience negotiating and influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
* Educational Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, economics, public policy or related fields.

Salary: EL2 $143,411 - $168,064 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
