About The Role
The IT Change and Release Manager, reporting into the Head of IT Operations & Service Delivery, is responsible for managing and improving IT change and release processes to minimise risk and disruption to business operations, ensure compliance, and support business priorities. The successful candidate may be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, and will work in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain policies for change and release management.
Plan and execute software and infrastructure releases.
Ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.
Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and assess risks.
Drive continuous improvement in collaboration with IT and business teams.
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications or relevant technology certifications.
5+ years' experience in IT change/release management.
Strong knowledge of ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow), ITIL, and DevOps tools.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
