IT Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to take on the role of IT Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the company's technology needs, including office network management, endpoint security, and system maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Technical leadership: overseeing IT asset management, office network, helpdesk, troubleshooting software and hardware, and device management.
* People leadership: managing, mentoring, and growing the current IT team.
* Contributing to strategic planning, design, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.
* SUPPORTING innovation through research, vendor engagement, and pilot programs.
* Analyzing support ticket trends and collaborating on scalable, proactive solutions to reduce recurring issues.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 8+ years of experience in related roles, such as IT Infrastructure Specialist, Systems Administrator, IT Engineer or Manager.
* Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
* Strong proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and systems management.
Key Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, hands-on engineering experience, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, routers/switches, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure cloud).
