Your new role
Are you a natural communicator, with exceptional people skills and a knack for managing complex projects whilst building strong client relationships?
My client is seeking an Account Manager / Project Manager to join the team and help deliver exceptional display solutions for exhibitions, retail activations and brand experiences.
This is a pivotal client-facing role, for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands the unique demands of the display and events industry.
Your day-to-day looks like:
* Being the primary point of contact for clients from brief to delivery, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets, timelines and deliverables.
* Collaboration with internal teams, including design, production and logistics to bring concepts to life.
* Interpretation of client briefs, translating them into actionable production plans.
* Attendance of site visits, installations and client meetings to ensure smooth execution.
* Identification of opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in project management within exhibitions, events, custom display environments or shopfitting and joinery.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
* Understanding of production processes, materials and installation logistics.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
