As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager, in our Aged Care division, to lead our catering operations across a small number of sites within the Newcastle Region.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the catering operations across 6-8 Aged Care facilities (there WILL be travel)
* Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
* Ensuring high levels of compliance across compliance within health & safety
* Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission audits & accreditations
Desired Skills And Experience
Your Background:
* Previous experience within the aged care hospitality management sector
* Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
* Significant experience operating across multi-site delivery
* Strong financial acumen exhibiting exposure to budgetary controls
* Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
* Chef qualification essential
