* Relevant life experience, such as parenting or community work
* Cert III in a relevant field or willingness to undertake further study. Diploma in a relevant field for Senior Mentor role
* A current driver's licence is required to travel within the region
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individual support to parents, enhancing their skills and confidence
* Organize events in local communities to engage participants
* Identify participant needs and develop tailored plans to achieve goals
