The ORS Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding, and we are seeking our next clinician to join us You will join a national team of 300+ Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
You will have the opportunity to work with an amazing group of clients over months or even years, playing an integral role in their personal growth and development. You will form close bonds with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.
Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best outcomes for your clients. You will assess and observe challenging behaviors, work to increase skills, improve emotion regulation, and introduce replacement behaviors to reduce restrictive practices.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments aim to enhance a person's quality of life by improving skills and independence. You will develop, implement, and review these plans with training, regular follow-up, and review.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health, or Nursing
* NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or the ability to obtain it
* Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or other complex diagnoses (desirable)
* A car and valid driver's license
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain these prior to starting
