Position: Administration Officer Level 2

Remuneration: $64,046.06 - $66,170.25 p.a. + Superannuation + Salary packaging

Responsibilities
- Confirm appointments and welcome patients with a friendly, approachable presence.
- Work closely with clinicians to schedule follow-ups, update patient records, and maintain waitlists in line with clinic guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support and handle incoming phone calls to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Proactively problem-solve to meet patient needs and ensure a seamless and positive experience.
