Our highly regarded national client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its established Property & Development team. This role sits within one of the largest and most respected property practices in Victoria and offers the chance to work on sophisticated, high-volume matters in a genuinely supportive environment.
The position has become available following the departure of a long-standing team member, creating an opportunity to step into a well-run practice with strong systems, clear processes and excellent support.
The Work
Acting for and advising property developers in relation to various medium density projects, this role will see you focused primarily on off-the-plan sales and large subdivisions for a key property developer client. You’ll be running your own portfolio of work as part of a dedicated team with strong administrative support. Your work will include:
* Managing end-to-end conveyancing files in a high-volume environment
* Off-the-plan sales and settlements
* Use of PEXA for electronic conveyancing
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and internal stakeholders
* Supporting development-related transactions and processes
While development experience is highly regarded, strong residential conveyancing experience as a paralegal or law clerk and an appetite to learn development work, are encouraged to apply.
