HR Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team and support two key sites in NSW. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives and help shape the culture of the organization.
* You will be responsible for providing hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance and development.
* You will coach and support leaders to build high-performing teams, with a focus on accountability, leadership capability, and talent development.
* You will lead workforce planning, labour deployment, and succession planning initiatives to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
In this role, you will also manage and resolve employee relations matters in line with best practice and applicable industrial frameworks. You will drive engagement initiatives using data and feedback to develop targeted action plans and influence positive cultural change.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partnering role, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar fast-paced industry. They will have a strong understanding of ER/IR frameworks, including enterprise agreements, and be a confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach.
