Job Description
* Analyse business needs and translate them into technical requirements for the technology team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
* Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user stories.
* Support the development and delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
* Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality meets expectations.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
* Maintain effective communication between business and technology teams.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Analyst Should Have
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
* Experience on Technology projects related to Integration, APIs and Disaster Recovery.
* Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in using business analysis tools and agile methodologies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
* Preferred industry experience in Retail and FMCG or related industries
