Job Title: Strategic Fleet Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Fleet Coordinator. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and coordination of our fleet within a dynamic environment.
About This Role
* You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient planning and scheduling of vehicle movements, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
* Fleet maintenance, cleanliness, licensing, certification, and driver training inductions and assessments will be under your purview.
* As a leader, you will inspire, coach, and develop employees to maximize their potential, fostering a positive inclusive work environment.
* Closely collaborating with clients, you will ensure strong ongoing relationships and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* You will guarantee full compliance with company policies, including Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, as well as workers compensation protocols.
* In addition, you will support HR matters, including recruitment and selection processes, in line with HR policies and procedures.
To excel in this position, you will need a working knowledge of the Dangerous Goods industry, proven management and leadership experience, and a solid understanding of the transport industry.
