The Home Support Officer plays a vital role in delivering administrative support to the management team and the home environment. Key responsibilities include managing staffing, roster administration, maintaining staff education compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to all key stakeholders.
* Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence and deliver a high level of customer service to all key stakeholders.
* Presenting a caring and customer-focused experience to any visitors to the home through being the first point of contact.
* Respond to phone, walk-up, and email queries promptly as defined in performance expectations.
* Manage daily administrative tasks.
* Ensure optimal service by administering home rosters/roster allocations upon direction of clinical staff or management.
