Procurement Specialist

This role oversees relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and cost standards. They also oversee contract administration, evaluate vendor performance, and collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline procurement processes and provide operational support.
* Develop and manage a variety of contractual documents in collaboration with legal and site teams.
* Coordinate contract renewals and lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for services requiring re-tendering.
* Support new site transitions by setting up facility service contracts and managing critical infrastructure post-defect liability period.
* Participate in regular vendor and site meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee systems such as iPRO and SINE.
* Maintain contract tracking tools and respond to new requests from site teams to ensure smooth vendor operations.
Requirements:
* Experience in procurement, contract administration, or vendor management, preferably within facilities, property, or a similar operational environment.
* Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder skills, and a proactive attitude.
