Administration Officer Centre
This role is seeking a proactive and dedicated Administration Officer to work within the corporate office or remotely. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Demountable Demolition Program, manage purchasing processes, coordinate demolition logistics, and liaise with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, purchasing, and logistics, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate records, invoicing packages, and supplier payments. Additionally, they will provide a central point of contact for enquiries related to the program and escalate issues as required.
Required qualifications include experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description. A qualification in Business management, current NSW Driver Licence, and proficiency in Advanced Excel are also required. Monday.com and Pronto experience are highly desirable.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the Demountable Demolition Program through records management, correspondence, and coordination of administrative tasks.
* Manage purchasing processes and routine financial transactions in line with agency standards.
* Coordinate demolition logistics, including asbestos clearance, transport, and module tracking.
* Liaise with external stakeholders to process Notices of Disposal and ensure compliance with project timelines.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records, invoice packages, and supplier payments for audit and reporting purposes.
* Provide a central point of contact for enquiries related to the program and escalate issues as required.
* Requirements:
* Experience that demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description.
* Qualification in Business management.
* Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.
* Advanced Excel.
* Monday.com Experience.
* Pronto Experience.
