About the role
We are seeking a Behavioural Paediatrician to join our expanding specialist team. You will join a network of experienced Australian clinicians who deliver fast, reliable appointments without long wait periods. Our patients and referrers include GP clinics, individuals, other specialists, and Indigenous community partners.
Your work will be fully remote with the freedom to create a schedule that suits your life. You will conduct behavioural assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing guidance to referrers and families. Our operations and administration teams manage the logistics, which allows you to focus solely on clinical care.
This role is an opportunity to deliver meaningful impact without geographical limits. You will help build stronger access to behavioural care for communities that need it most.

Key responsibilities
* Use our Access Specialist platform to deliver high quality video based consultations.
* Complete behavioural assessments and provide evidence based treatment and guidance.
* Send timely consultation summaries and documentation to referrers to support continuity of care.
* Maintain clear communication with the operations team about your availability.
* Request and review relevant investigations to support accurate clinical decision making.
* Keep current with clinical updates and incorporate new knowledge into your practice.
Key selection criteria
* Relevant medical qualifications and specialist registration (FRACP)
* AHPRA registration with No conditions
* Strong capability in video based assessment and telehealth service delivery
* Confident communication skills for working with families, referrers, colleagues, and the operations team
* Confident with technology to manage availability via our scheduling systems and digital tools
