The ideal candidate will have experience in endpoint solutions, cloud technologies and enterprise-level architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good judgment, are essential for success in this role.
This position requires a strong understanding of Enterprise endpoint management solutions (SCCM, Intune) and Microsoft Windows end-user operating systems configuration & deployment. A good grasp of core Microsoft Supporting Infrastructure services (AD, Group Policy and users and computers) is also necessary.
Familiarity with endpoint security technologies (such as Microsoft's Defender for Endpoint, Symantec, CrowdStrike), VDI and DaaS solutions (including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Amazon Workspaces, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365), and public cloud exposure (such as Azure and AWS) is highly desirable.

* Proven communication and negotiation skills, effective presentation, consultative and planning skills
* Advanced End User Management experience and knowledge of modern and traditional SOE management methodologies
