We cater to a wide range of customers, from individuals needing a quick lock repair to builders, architects, and renovation professionals. Our dedicated team provides expert advice and problem-solving support via phone and email, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

We handle a variety of projects, including small to medium-sized domestic door schedules and some commercial applications. Building strong relationships with our clients, whether they're first-time visitors or long-time patrons, is at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who will thrive in our vibrant environment, contributing to our continued success.

About the Role

Join our friendly and energetic team in a cozy office setting. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting customers via email and phone with lock and hardware inquiries.
* Advising on security requirements and solutions.
* Helping with unpacking and organizing orders as they arrive.
* Engaging in a range of tasks from customer support to staff assistance and order preparation.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

* A qualification in Locksmithing/Security Products with extensive hardware knowledge.
* Familiarity with door hardware and related products.
* Proficiency with computers, as most tasks are computer-based.
* Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions to customers.
