We are currently recruiting for a proactive Showroom Manager to join our thriving branch in Ipswich (IP1 1UP).
This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 07:00 – 16:00 / 7:30 – 17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.
As part of the role, you will be required to carry out site/home visits, therefore it is essential you hold a full UK driving licence.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identify and win new business opportunities through personal outreach and leads generated by the branch, demonstrating active follow-up to convert these into new accounts
* Maintain and grow both new and existing customer relationships to maximise their lifetime value through fostering long-term relationships and building trust, in order to understand and deliver their current and future requirements
* Carry out site/home visits to take accurate measurements, ensuring precision in all design plans
* Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service as required
* Be confident in using our systems to ensure transactions and processes, including key admin activities, are carried out with a high degree of accuracy
* Develop skills so you can multi-task and be deployed across all areas of the branch, carrying out reasonable activities as requested
