Silverstone are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in mining projects across both underground and surface operations for an ASAP start at one of our gold mining clients.
This position will play a key role overseeing mechanical crews and coordinating project works across fixed plant and mining infrastructure environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established operation with ongoing project scope and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise mechanical crews across mining project works
* Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule
* Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and site departments
* Drive safety, compliance, and quality standards onsite
* Assist with planning, reporting, and project execution activities
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Strong experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within mining environments
* Proven project background across underground and surface operations
* Experience supervising mechanical crews on mining construction or upgrade projects
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of safety systems and site compliance requirements
* Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts in fast-paced environments
Required Tickets & Qualifications
* Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
* S26 (essential)
* Current Driver's Licence
* National Police Clearance
* Working at Heights & Confined Space
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Full Australian working rights
