A well-established Australian manufacturer and distributor of premium hardware solutions for the window, door, and security screen industries is seeking a driven and technically minded Sales Representative to join their Brisbane team. With a product offering spanning commercial and residential door hardware, window hardware, security screen hardware, and bespoke locking systems, this organisation is recognised for its quality engineering, Australian-made manufacturing capability, and long-standing support of fabricators, OEMs, and trade partners across the country.
Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional with strong technical aptitude to take ownership of a well-established territory. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into fabricators, manufacturers, and trade distributors, with a natural ability to build rapport, understand technical product requirements, and win new business.
Reporting to the regional leadership team, the successful candidate will manage and grow relationships across window and door fabricators, security screen manufacturers, builders, and trade outlets. A background in hardware, componentry, fabrication supplies, or building products will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with window, door, and screen fabricators, OEMs, and trade customers.
* Drive business development through proactive territory planning, pipeline growth, and new customer acquisition.
* Provide technical product support and solutions across commercial and residential hardware ranges, including locks, hinges, rollers, handles, screen components, and specialty systems.
* Manage sales targets, pricing discussions, quoting, and customer account planning.
* Collaborate closely with internal manufacturing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
* Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and credibility within the industry.
Salary and Benefits
Base $80k - $90k + Super 12% + Company Car + Commission
