Who we are….
We're SMAART, an innovative, multi-award-winning recruitment agency established in 2005. Our Melbourne SMAART office has been kicking goals for 20 years, and our Adelaide team is growing. We're most recognised for our recruitment expertise in Sales & Marketing, Contact Centre, and Business Support roles, but ultimately, we're best known for doing things differently; with energy, quality, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Ideally, you'll have:
* 2+ years of recruitment-related experience
* A natural love of meeting people and hearing their stories
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
* A degree in HR or similar (desirable but not essential)
