Overview
Join Eldercare as a Business Analyst within the Portfolio Management Office. Location: Eastwood. Type: Full Time Fixed Term (2 Year Contract).
At Eldercare, our purpose is simple but powerful: to deliver peace of mind with our care. We are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to older South Australians. As one of the state's leading aged care providers, we foster a compassionate and inclusive work environment where every team member is valued. By joining Eldercare, you\'ll become part of a team that prioritises integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About The Role
As a Business Analyst in Eldercare's Portfolio Management Office, you'll help the organisation understand how work is done today and shape how it can be done better in the future. Your focus will be on analysing processes, engaging with people across the business, and turning what you learn into clear, practical documentation and solutions.
You'll work closely with project teams, operational leaders, and IT to map current workflows, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. This role suits someone who is comfortable being pragmatic – someone who can stay focused on what matters, avoid getting lost in unnecessary detail, and help guide stakeholders toward workable, scalable outcomes.
Building rapport will be key. You'll spend time with teams across Eldercare, listening, asking the right questions, and translating their needs into solutions that support both day‐to‐day operations and broader strategic goals. Your work will contribute directly to successful project delivery, smoother processes, and better use of technology across the organisation.
