Warehouse Team Leader
The goal of this position is to oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate and supervise store activities, ensuring that goods are received and dispatched in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
* Coaching and Development: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure all warehouse activities meet compliance and safety requirements.
* Receiving and Storing Goods: Receive goods from suppliers, unload and store safely to prevent damage or loss.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to customers picking up orders, ensuring their experience is positive and hassle-free.
* Record Keeping and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records and invoices, participate in regular stocktakes to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
* Facility Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains a safe work environment by performing regular maintenance and layout adjustments as needed.
