Business Analysis Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Transformation Program as we embark on a significant organisational change initiative. As a key member of the project team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding stakeholders through complex changes and shaping more efficient processes across the organisation.
* Lead analysis, documentation and redesign of business processes within Asset Management area to support new operating model.
* Run workshops weekly with various teams in department and facilitate understanding of current state, mapping future state processes and identifying pain points, fit-gaps and improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, ability to influence diverse stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and complex environments. You should have 7+ years Business Analysis experience within dynamic environments, proven experience in transformation programs particularly operating model design implementation.
