We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Administrator to support our client in the smooth day-to-day running of their Perth office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well autonomously, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with another Corporate Administrator and sit within the Finance / People & Culture function. While responsibilities are shared, this role requires a high level of independence, initiative, and strong organisational skills. About the Role The primary focus of this position is the effective operation of the Perth office. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, working a 7.5-hour day with core hours between 8:30am and 4:00pm. Key responsibilities include: Front office and reception duties (welcoming visitors and managing phone enquiries) General office management and facilities coordination Collecting mail from the PO Box Coordinating stationery, office supplies, and kitchen supplies Managing meeting rooms, bookings, and office resources (including a pool vehicle) Organising catering and setting up for meetings and internal events Supporting monthly communications and office meetings Providing general administrative and business support across People & Culture, management, and other teams as required Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders Additional Responsibilities The ideal candidate will also have experience or confidence in: Coordinating small events (both onsite and offsite) Managing travel arrangements and accommodation bookings (primarily within WA) Calendar and inbox management (e.g. reception and shared resources) Preparing internal communications or newsletters (Canva experience advantageous) Procurement and invoice processing, including raising expenditure requests and coordinating payments with Finance Supporting health and wellbeing initiatives (such as flu vaccination programs) About You You are a capable, adaptable, and experienced administrator who enjoys supporting a busy office and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Effective time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement The confidence to engage with and support stakeholders at all levels, including senior management A collaborative approach and willingness to assist across a broad range of administrative tasks This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being the backbone of an office and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
