Front Desk Receptionist Role
This position is crucial to the efficient operation of our clinic. We are seeking a candidate who is patient-focused, team-oriented, efficient, and effective.
Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
You will be responsible for managing the front desk reception area, ensuring smooth clinic operations, greeting and directing patients, handling telephone enquiries, booking and confirming appointments, processing patient accounts and paperwork, reconciling daily takings, and opening and closing the clinic.
