We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our print and large-format display team. This role is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring all jobs are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard. The Account Manager will act as the main liaison between clients and our internal production, prepress, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients, ensuring prompt and qualified service.
- Understand client requirements and provide quotes, recommendations, and print solutions.
- Coordinate all stages of the job lifecycle – enquiry, artwork, production, finishing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure job specifications, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor job progress and provide proactive updates to clients.
- Handle urgent requests, changes, or issues with a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain accurate job records, POs, artwork files, and communication logs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service offerings to existing clients.
- Support the sales team with client insights and opportunity pipelines.
