Responsibilities
* Lead customers through Proof of Concept (POC) environments and sandbox deployments
* Design and implement Data Centre networking solutions from scratch (servers, switches, routers)
* Support customers building next-generation "neo-cloud" and AI-driven environments
* Work closely with Sales during technical validation stages post-POC handover
* Deliver remote implementation and technical workshops via Zoom and Slack
* Collaborate with hardware and software implementation teams where required
* Provide ongoing post-deployment support as customers transition into live production
* Own 2–3 customer accounts at a time, acting as their primary technical contact
Skills / Must have
* Strong prior experience with Data Centre networking
* Hands-on experience configuring and designing DC networks from scratch
* Deep expertise in at least 2 major DC vendor: Cisco, Juniper, or Arista etc
* Proven experience working with switches, routers, and server connectivity in enterprise or cloud-scale environments
* Exposure to network automation platforms and modern programmable networking
* Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote-first model
Desirable skills
* Experience with high-performance networking solutions
* Experience with modern data centre Linux-based network operating systems (Nvidia, Cumulus, Mellanox)
