This entry-level sales position is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in SaaS sales with Medianet, an established B2B PR media intelligence company. The Account & Support Executive will be instrumental in managing a territory of subscription clients within Medianet's Essentials tier of our Outreach plans. This role requires the implementation of an active management plan to ensure regular client contact. The successful candidate will support clients through check-in calls, annual business reviews, training sessions and contract renewal discussions.
A key focus of this role will be to identify opportunities and successfully upsell clients to higher-tier Medianet plans. Additionally, the Account & Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team with essential customer service needs, such as the setup of new contracts. This position reports to the Senior Account Director with a reporting line to the Head of Commercial.
Responsibilities Include:
 * Developing and executing an active management plan for a territory of Essentials Outreach subscription clients.
 * Conducting regular client check-ins.
 * Leading annual business reviews and providing ongoing client training sessions.
 * Managing contract renewal discussions with the goal of securing and enhancing client relationships.
 * Ensure that new contracts and upsells are processed and set up correctly.
 * Identifying and pursuing opportunities to upsell clients to higher-tier service plans.
 * Providing administrative support to the sales team, including the setup of new client contracts.
 * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client loyalty.
 * Strategically plan and record sales activities using Hubspot CRM.
 * Meet and exceed KPIs.

 * Have some experience in a customer-facing role; experience in account management or sales support within a SaaS or B2B environment.
 * Media/news/content experience highly advantageous.
 * Possess a strong desire to manage a portfolio of clients and learn how to achieve retention and upsell targets.
 * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
 * Be eager to learn how to conduct client training and business reviews.
 * Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
 * Have a strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
