The Company
Our client is a leading provider of employment and training services working with both individual participants and industry. Due to strategic restructuring, they are looking to appoint a Junior Treasury Manager to optimize and further develop the treasury function for this large group.
The Role
This is a newly created position reporting into the Group Financial Controller and as such you will be able to help structure the role and function as you see fit.
Areas of responsibility include cashflow forecasting, cash management, banking administration and operations, cash pooling frameworks, overnight money markets, term deposits, cash risk management policies, and optimizing returns with regards to cash usage and investments.
Candidate Criteria
We are looking for an experienced mid-senior level Treasury Analyst / Specialist who is looking to step up and into a role where you would manage the whole Treasury function. You do not have to have a formal accounting background; however, we are looking for someone who can help us develop cashflow forecasting models and processes.
Experience in the NFP sector is desirable but not essential, and we are open in terms of industries and sectors you have worked in.
With regards to remuneration, we are looking at a starting salary of around the $120k - $130k mark with super on top.
