Job Summary
The role of Customer Support Officer is focused on delivering exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, live chat, and online resources.
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
* Accurately maintain up-to-date customer records in our system.
* Reconcile BPAY and Direct Debit deposits to customer accounts, handling manual reviews as needed.
* Assist with general customer account management, addressing queries, troubleshooting access or technical issues, and providing updates.
