Your responsibilities will include: Providing quality and informed advice to customers to assist them in identifying the right product for them Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times Consistently meeting KPI’s as required Displaying a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others Skills and Experience: Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a phone-based environment idealy within private health insurance or financial services.
