What you’ll do
- Present tailored, ethical Finance & Insurance options for new & used customers
- Own the deal flow: pre-qualify, submit, track approvals, settle, and deliver accurate paperwork
- Partner with Sales leaders to lift finance penetration, menu presentation and first-mention discipline
- Ensure compliance
- Coordinate settlements (deposits, payouts/shortfalls, invoices) for on-time delivery
- Report on penetration %, F&I; income per retail, NAF and customer satisfaction
What you’ll bring
- Proven success in automotive F&I;
- Confident customer handling, objection resolution and ethical selling
- High attention to detail and system discipline
- Working knowledge across multiple lenders & insurers
What success looks like
- Consistent finance penetration across brands (Nissan, Hyundai, Suzuki, Isuzu, Used)
- Strong F&I; income per retail with clean audits and on-time settlements
- Excellent CSI and repeat/referral business
