Project Engineer Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to contribute to the development of infrastructure projects in Regional NSW, ensuring high-quality outcomes across major civil, bridge, and road works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing designs, specifications, and technical documents for compliance with project requirements.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring project progress and addressing any deviations from the plan.
* Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Construction Management.
* Proven experience in project engineering or a related role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Previous experience working on Transport for NSW or local government projects in New South Wales, particularly in civil, bridge, and road infrastructure is highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
