Role Statement: As part of our Community Nursing & Personal Care Program, you'll work with clients receiving support through: Home Care Packages/Support at Home Transition Care Program Department of Veterans' Affairs Your role will include providing: Assistance with personal care and daily living activities Respite and companionship Transport and community access Low-level therapeutic rehabilitation Support that empowers clients to remain independent at home What We're Looking For: A warm, reliable, and professional approach to care A genuine desire to work in rural and regional communities Minimum Certificate III in Aged and Community Services (or equivalent) Current First Aid Certificate Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts and locations on a casual basis Details of Appointment: Casual positions Salary: Health Care Worker, dependent on experience superannuation.
