Key Responsibilities
* Monitor inboxes and comments across all brand and campaign social media pages, ensuring relevant audience questions are answered and any content breaching community guidelines is removed.
* Respond proactively to members of Network Ten brand pages and show communities.
* Seek out and execute proactive community engagement opportunities on non-brand and non-campaign pages.
* Collaborate with the Account Lead to create and maintain FAQ response documents and escalation pathways for both brand and campaign channels.
* Escalate community issues promptly and ensure resolutions align with brand voice and guidelines.
Hours:
3:30 PM - 10 PM
Essential Skills and Experience
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to fit brand guidelines.
* Proven experience in social media community management or a related role.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
* Crisis management and escalation skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and report community sentiment and engagement trends.
* Knowledge of content moderation tools and software is an advantage.
* Ability to identify emerging trends and proactively engage with audiences to expand community reach.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
