We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in an exciting new role. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining industrial inkjet printers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and maintain industrial inkjet printers to ensure optimal performance
* Provide technical support and training to clients on the effective use of these machines
* Identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills
Requirements:
* Proven experience in inkjet printing technology is essential
* A background in electromechanical or mechatronics engineering is desirable
* You will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the Brisbane area and occasionally interstate. You will also be required to have a flexible approach to work, including working outside normal business hours if necessary.
