About the role
As Precinct Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive operations of a large-scale commercial precinct. This role ensures seamless functionality across all aspects of the development, from managing day-to-day activities and coordinating services to driving strategic initiatives. You will uphold precinct standards, foster a vibrant community atmosphere, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Manage the precinct's operations, including contracts and agreements within delegated authority.
* Oversee financial management, including budgets, reporting, and administration of precinct services.
* Coordinate property services and maintenance programs, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, certifications, and workplace safety standards.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular operational updates.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Operations Manager in A Grade or Premium Assets.
* Strong understanding of commercial property management and precinct operations.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; tertiary qualifications or trade certification highly regarded.
